Time to hit the slopes - in the mountains of Tyrol!

The mountains of Tyrol are world-famous for their unique skiing experiences. Ferienclub Bellevue is located in the Kaiserwinkl - a well-known winter region in the Tyroler Unterland. In this region, our Bellevue guests have two ski areas to choose from: Hochkössen and the Zahmer Kaiser. Both of these ski areas are quick and easy to reach by ski bus or in your own car.

The Bellevue Family Hit: children ages 11 and under stay in their parents' hotel roomstudio or apartment on select dates for FREE: 19.-26.12.2020, 9.1.-27.3.2021.
The Family Hit is available to a maximum of 2 children (beginning with the youngest child).

Hochkössen Ski Area

Hochkössen ski area is a big hit with skiers, boasting beautifully groomed, variety-packed pistes totaling 22 kilometers in length. They also feature a Sunny Kids Park for the enjoyment of the youngsters. And let's not forget those occasional refreshment stops - for which the local huts and inns await with a delicious selection of Tyrolean-style favorites. For comfortable, convenient travel to the ski area, guests can ride the ski bus free of charge upon presentation of their Kaiserwinkl Card.

The stop for the ski shuttle is right outside the front door of Ferienclub Bellevue, while the bus ride takes about 15 minutes. Information about the ski-bus timetable can be found at the reception. The Hochkössen ski area is open during winter season daily from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. You have a full range of tickets to choose from, including hourly, daily or tickets valid for several days.

If you wish to travel to the ski area with your own vehicle, there are plenty of car parks available.

Top Family Offer for Hochkössen:

Children up to age 10, accompanied by one parent who is purchasing their own adult pass, only require a so-called Snowman Ticket costing EUR 2 per day. As of the 3rd child in a family, the youngest children also only need a Snowman Ticket at EUR 2 per day. The Hochkössen lifts do require an I.D. card with proof of family affiliation.

Zahmer Kaiser Ski Area

The family-friendly Zahmer Kaiser ski area in Durchholzen/Walchsee is located just 2.5 km from our Ferienclub Bellevue. Naturally, you can reach this ski area using the ski bus (free with your Kaiserwinkl Card). Awaiting you are wide, spacious pistes right at the foot of Tyrol's famous Kaisergebirge mountains – on the Zahmer Kaiser. The slopes of this ski area are ideal for families and rookie skiers. Take advantage of the opportunities for reenergizing refreshment breaks, with many a mouthwatering treat in store for everyone. 

Amberglift

The Amberglift is ideal for the very young skiers and for ski beginners. The groomed ski slope is about 500 meters and is ideal for trying out the first turns. A drag lift as well as an 80-meter-long magic carpet serve as beginner-friendly lifts. The resident ski school Zahmer Kaiser supports the ski beginners. Steinplatte Waidring Ski Area

The ski area Steinplatte in Waidring is located about 35 km from the Ferienclub Bellevue. The Steinplatte scores with a sunny plateau location with guaranteed snow and offers 42 kilometers of groomed slopes. The area with its wide slopes and the easy to medium-difficult descents is perfect for easy carving. Gondola lift, 8-seater chair lift, other chair lifts, drag lifts and much more.

Kitzbühel & WilderKaiser Ski areas

The ski area Kitzbühel-Kirchberg is about 40 km away from our vacation club Bellevue. Skiers can expect a varied ski area with 234 km of downhill runs and 57 lifts.

A little closer is the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. With 90 lifts and about 288 kilometers of slopes, the Skiwelt is a winter treat even for experienced skiers.
