The mountains of Tyrol are famous worldwide for the extraordinary skiing experiences they offer. Our Bellevue Holiday Club is located in Kaiserwinkl – a well-known winter region in the Tiroler Unterland. Your ski pass for the Hochkössen ski area promises all the skiing action you could hope for. Our guests enjoy the convenience of being able to get on and off the free ski shuttle to Kössen right in front of the Bellevue itself.

Are you familiar with snowtubing? If not, you are sure to be pleasantly surprised by just how much fun it is, for the whole family. A special lift will carry you on your tubes (basically rubber innertubes) up to the start, at which point you will be ready to slide down the nicely maintained track all the way back down to the valley. During the daytime, but also in the evening until 10 p.m., you will be able to experience this great form of wintry enjoyment for yourself. At the Staffnerhof lift in Kössen.

In summer, you will be greeted by hundreds of kilometers of hiking, Nordic walking, running, cycling and mountain biking paths. Just a few meters from the Bellevue Holiday Club, you can rent pedal boats or electric boats for your voyage of discovery on Walchsee. Thanks to the bikes we are happy to lend you for free (helmet not included), an amusement park with an Alpine Slide is only about 10 minutes away.
